With the success of our agency and rapid growth in the software division, we’re building a team to help scale operations and streamline processes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Boomerang Integration Specialist to work closely with the head of Boomerang. The ideal candidate will have experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and AI solutions while excelling in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

This position offers significant long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within the division.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

  • Set up and manage workflows in Zapier, including creating advanced automations and custom integrations.

  • Utilize GoHighLevel to configure and maintain client accounts, campaigns, and automations.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize processes and create efficiencies.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by integrating their software and processes into our systems.

Process Improvement

  • Collaborate on creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the software division.

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in both the Integration Process and Boomerang Platform itself.

Leadership Development

  • Coordinate and run internal team meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through on action items.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Take ownership of delegated tasks and act as a trusted partner to the division leader.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role.

  • Proficiency with Zapier and GoHighLevel (training on advanced functionality will be provided)..

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create and manage SOPs.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Keen attention to detail. For example, please use “WR > Boomerang” as your application title.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with using API Documentation to integrate various softwares

  • Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools.

  • Experience working in a marketing or software environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge gaps with internal teams and clients.
